ADAWALL UK will not be responsible for returned items sent without prior notification.

1. Change of Mind / Unwanted Items
If you are undecided about the wallpaper pattern or colour, or wish to return your order for any reason, you have 14 working days from the date of delivery to return the item.

Returns requested after 14 working days will not be accepted.

2. Return Conditions :
Returns will only be accepted if:

The item is in its original packagin

The wallpaper is unopened and unused

3. Return Shipping :
Customers are responsible for all return delivery costs.

4. Refund Process :
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, your refund will be processed within 7 working days.

Return Policy for Damaged Items

2. Reporting Timeframe
Damage must be reported within 1 working day of delivery.


Reports made after this period will not be eligible for refund or replacement.

3. Keep All Packaging
Please retain all original packaging materials and shipping labels, as they may be required for your return to be processed.

4. Return Shipping
After mailing back the product, please send us the tracking number and a copy of the shipping receipt.


Note: If we do not receive this information, we must wait until the product arrives at our warehouse to proceed.

5. Refund Method
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
